I have a 1988 Honda Acccord LX and my car lights are stuck on. All of them are on except for my head lights and when I do turn my headlights on they stay open when I turn them off. When I take out the stop horn fuse they all turn off except for the head lights and when I put the stop horn fuse back in they all turn on again can anyone help me!

 

Dash lights as well, like the headlight switch is on? Or is this just the rear lights?

 

yeah the dash also. It's the tail lights and indicator lights.

 

sounds like a grounding issue.

 

Yeah it does, but when I unplug the horn the park lights turn off. This car is really confusing me.

 

I was going to go for a bad switch...any recent work done to the car.

 

Yeah the previous owner said he replaced the fuse box.
