Ok... I am having a problem..... I swaped a d15b vtec into my 89 civic dx and everything is going ok but I am running into one problem. I am getting a code 23. And the vtec is not turning on. aparantly its saying that there is a knock sensor. What do i need to do to get it to stop to get my car to pass smog. I have done everything else.
