Default Can Anyone Identify This LSD

I have picked up this secondhand gearbox and striped it down to take some pic’s.
Can anyone identify this LSD as it looks like a KAAZ or a Spoon to me. The box is back together for racing this weekend so I will find out if it needs to be reconditioned any time soon.

Dam i am new to this fourm and it says: You may not post attachments. So follow my links.

Looks like an ATS Metal unit. I put a call in and gave them the number stamped on your unit to see if it was one of their production numbers. Kaaz doesn't stamp their units from what I have been told.

That would be great if it’s not too much trouble.

Here is the info on your ATS unit:

It was made January 26th 2000.

AHFB8710 HONDA B motor (JDM civic Si) metal LSD

with 10.5kg initial 16 disk version.

Let me know if you are looking to rebuild or you can also upgrade the unit to the newer carbon versions.

James, I bow to you!

But to me the ATS does look like a Kaaz, I dunno.

Thanks for that Synchro.

By the looks of things I will need to rebuild the LSD as when racing this weekend I was ether single wheel spinning or the diff was somehow slipping internally off the start line. It seemed ok through the corners so to play it safe I will need to sort out a rebuild kit.
