Post 1995 honda accord slightly overheating HELP PLEASE

Over heating this is what I have done so far. New Therm and gasget , New Timimng Belt, New Water Pump. Flushed raditor and bled it. Put antifreez in raditor and resivor.
All fuse are working and relays are good. Both fans work. I have checked for leaks and have not found any.
One thing I have noticed is when I first got this car about a year ago when ever I would shut off the car the fan would always turn on. Now that I have an over heating problem it doesn't turn on when car is off. But it does turn on when the needle is on the half way mark. but not always both fans most of the time it's just the radiator fan. Why has this change? I also have looked at the radiator what I can see and it looks like its as gaps someone said its corotuion. I also have filled up the resivor and check it whenin 10mins and its empty and I look under the car and no antifreez on ground.
So what should I do change radiator or just the cap.

You might want to look for head gasket problem. Need to do a pressure test on the cooling system.Check out this thread https://honda-tech.com/forums/honda-accord-1990-2002-2/suspect-leaking-head-gasket-2932137/ Good luck to you.
