i have a 2000 si with an obd2b jumper and chipped p28... came off a 2000 gsr and it worked perfect... i plug it up and the rpms stay at zero but the speed works... what could be the problem? when i plug back my stock ecu it works perfectly fine.... thanks in advance

 

Problem is with the conversion harness. Some 2000 civic si vehicles require a 1k resistor to be added between a21 and a25 for the tach to work

 

How can I do that? Any write ups?
