ok so I finally got my plx dm-5 hooked up the way all the sites have told me to and still its not reading at all. the gauge led is all the way over on lean but it says rch on the display.
This is how its wired up since im not using the factory o2 sensor.
1)plx 12v supplied by the 12 o2 heater wire
2)plx ground supplied by o2 sensor ground.
3)narrowband signal to plx is hooked to (d14)
4)wideband signal connected to (d10) eld disabled in hondata.
now the plx site and the hondata site have said u can hook it up this way and not have a problem but of course, i did. I dont know where else to hook it up or what could be wrong.
I have some pictures kind of showing how i hooked it up and what its doing. please help me

this is pin (d10) the one ive been told to connect to

these are the three wires comming from the subharness for the o2 heater 12v, ground, and narrowband signal

this is what the gauge reads all the time

I believe your wideband is not working properly.
Contact PLX for technical support on troubleshooting the wideband controller it's self.
Get a multimeter & make sure you have an actual 12 volts going to the power wire on the wideband. Also check your ground to ensure it's a clean with the meter also.

Don't use an O2 heater wire to supply 12v. USe the fuse box under the das to connect to one of the empty spaces that is switched 12v.
