Help me, please.

Please forgive me for asking this question which i'm sure has already been addressed 100 times already. I searched and i can't find the answer. I'm kinda having a bad day.

How can i get Honda dealer parts delivered to my house? Where do i order them? My favorite super fantastic mechanic extraordinaire, Javier, told me to get two ebrake cables from the stealership. But the stealership is all out of the e brake cables for my 91 civic.

Thanks in advance for the quality information which i am about to get. Also thanks for all of the other quality, money saving advice, that's always been available on this forum (btw, i'm an administrator at another online forum unrelated to hondas and cars but i've used this forum as a "model" for years and years).
