Default Re: Ground Control

Is this a question as to what spring rates people recommend? (if so, year/make/model etc) Or is this a rant about GC?

I'm definitely not supporting the fact your unhappy w/their customer service...however, there are so many threads regarding GC spring rates. You probably could have found what you were looking for via HT search faster then calling up GC bud. Don't forget GC probably gets so many spring rate calls, its very hard to cater to these types of calls when they're coming through in the thousands on a daily basis.

As I'm sure your aware spring rates are highly dependent on the ride quality your looking for, and what you plan on doing w/the car.
