sort of...it looks wider because of the filler piece...it's rounded and the farther out you go the wider it gets...hood is the same though...I believe.

No they are both the same width. But if you try to put on a CRX bumper onto a hatch it will kinda bulge out on the corner. It will line up just fine for the two screws in the fender. They were designed to match up to different fenders. CRX corners different then the HB corners they look like there turned upside down.
