Stock Map Fuel Maps
I see the p72 Stock Map Fuel Maps are not straight.

Look at the marked area. The numbers get bigger and smaller and bigger again.
What is the point at that ?

There is less fuel being injected in that rpm & load range due to the motor needing less fuel in that rpm/load range.
This does not apply on all applications, that is the way the stock curve looks...

What logic? It's not according to Acura/Honda's dyno tested logic.
Look at the area you have highlighted, as mtber mentioned, that is an off the throttle cruising area of the maps. No need for extra fuel in a no load & low rpm situation. Best to lean it out a bit to save fuel.
