I dont see why you need a gsr cat? Other than that the list looks pretty good. If you're like me you should budget in a few hundred dollars for things that are missing/broken that you didn't even think about but will find during the swap. lol.

 

If he is in California, he will need the cat to get BARd. can't have any universals here..

and if you are in Cali and are looking to get bard, make sure you have EVERYTHING factory oem..

 

You don't "need" it, but a higher rpm cluster would be nice to have with a swap like that

 

Thanks guys...yeah I'm going bard and everything is OEM..I live right next to my Bard Ref so I've driven up and talked to him, got it on lock down. I have my extra cash fund for all the extra's I'll need for sure. I'm not even trying with CARB legal stuff. Straight up stock. I have to look into the Rpm cluster too, that's a great idea! Thanks guys I feel good already.

Must be a new law or a super strict ref. I got my ls bar'd with a universal cat in 2004.
