Default I Need CRX Guy Help

Hey guys... JDM H22A in a 92 Prelude Si. A Honda's a Honda, right? I want some CRX guy input, please?

So my sister took this car to work Saturday morning. Ran great. She came out from work to go home, and it wouldn't start. It cranked over, but no catch. Weirdest thing = When I try to turn it over, the "Brake" light come on on the dash.

It's not the main relay, I just replaced it last year.

This is a rather new motor from hmotorsonline. The install was done by a very reliable guy, Honda genius. It ran fantastic until then!

Okay, So... Took it in to a shop, which I thought would make things easy. This guy diagnosed it as the distributor. Didn't bother to tell me that he's never worked on a Honda before, let alone a swapped Honda. He couldn't find the engine block code, for God's sake. It was an internal coil and he couldn't source an internal coil distributor. I said screw it, convert it to external. Get this done so my sister can come to see my on my birthday. (He screwed that up too.) After taking three days, and three different distributors, he finally found the right one. He got it all together, ran great for 5 minutes, and he TOLD me it died. So, he ordered a new distributor. Put the new one on, and then he said it wouldn't start. Called me and told me today that he actually shut it off after the 5 minutes - it didn't die. wtf did you lie to me, ja*k**s? Could there be something externally that is causing the dizzies to keep failing? This guy is a complete idiot.

This car is sitting 400 miles away from my swap guy. This sucks, pretty bad.

Who knows anything about labor laws? This guy is charging me $917 for converting to external coil, new distributor. Still doesn't run. He's lying to me left and right. Why should I have to pay this guy for labor for something he couldn't fix? wtf... Help me out people. It would just be better to find a good shop that knows Hondas in the Winona, MN area...

Somebody please gimme something? Thanks guys...

yeah, i would be showing up with a uhaul and a trailer and taking my car out of there, or get a tow truck to tow it back, whichever is cheaper. Then tow it to your friends house. I would let the guy that messed up the car know you are doing this, and tell him you refuse to pay since the car is not fixed.
