Default Type-R, Good buy?

I have a b18c5 turbo type r motor.
It has Weisco pistons, golden eagle rods,
Type R crank, full skunk 2 valvetrain,
STR cams, and cam gears.
It also has a rev hard intake manifold,
and a spooling performance turbo manifold.
i will include the intercooler pipes and intercooler to fit and eg.
Motor also has 750cc rc engineering injectors,
Transmission is lsd 60k miles- !!!2500!!!!!! with everything cash only firm
needs ecu, new turbo, axles and everything else is flawless.
Picked up a Del Sol Last week and wasn't planning on a swap but if this is too much to pass up I wanted to get it while I could.

Anything too good to be true typically is. The motor's probably got no rings or some major mechanical problem. Plan on spending an additional $1500 - 2000 to get it running correctly again.
