Icon2 1st gen b16a misfiring

Howdy,

I recently had my distributor shaft bearing seize and knocked my intake camshaft out of timing. After re-timing it, started right up and no bent valves and the compression was 170 at each cylinder. The only problem is I was wondering if my valve adjustment got messed up, or the old distributor fouled my spark plug wires and spark plugs. The distributor was sending voltage out of the dizzy case and spark plug wires as you cannot touch the dizzy and wires during the period before the dizzy bearing seized. Whew ok.
The reason for all this is because I get horrible misfiring at idle. I checked the plug wires and spark plugs, they're tight. The spark plugs are new (2 months old) ngk vpower, and wires are a year old. Haven't checked the valve clearances yet due to work.

The car drives fine. No misfiring or hesitation when gas pedal is pressed.

Let me know whats up.

I replaced the dizzy with a new one and bought a cap and rotor for it. Should be new. I can recheck. I could try to throw a youtube vid of it when I get a chance

Nasically you hear misfire but when you look at the rpm gauge, everytime it stutters/misfires the rpm gauge flutters with it. Its a small popping sounds. Not as loud as a backfire, but noticeable, annoying.

I vote fouled plug and/or wrong spark plug wire in the wrong cyl. Most likely fouled plug.
