which brand water pump & timng belt?
http://www.handa-accessories.com/ best oem deals online!
http://www.hondaautomotiveparts.com/ is highly recommended for OEM parts. (I use somewhat frequently use it)
Might also want to browse the Sponsor Marketplace, as there are OEM parts dealers there too.
That's for accessories, the OP is looking for parts.

well if you were to look at the side bar and click civic, and then click the year of your car, it says maintenance, you click there and you have a bunch of PARTS for the car, including water pump and timing belts, sooooooo handa dose have PARTS...... check yourself before quoting me!
It would be more helpful to post a link to the Civic Maintenance page, rather than making people search for a little sidebar.

There are better deals to be found elsewhere on the internet, though.
However! What if he didn't want to buy or otherwise need the belt tensioner or the drive belts? Although most people go ahead and replace them while they're replacing the timing belt (preventive maintenance) it's only recommended to inspect the water pump and belt tensioner. (replace if necessary)
If he were to buy an "all inclusive kit" like that, he'd be overpaying for a kit which includes parts that he doesn't actually need. The better option may be to buy a different kit, or to buy the necessary parts separately.

Ahhh, there it is! I found it after having to click several different links before finding it.
