I'm about to tear into the front suspension and start pushing out the worn out OEM bushings (primarily the LCA's), and I'd like to get this project done over the weekend. Obviously, the machine shops are closed, but I do have a 6 ton shop press. Do y'all think this will be a strong enough press to push the old bushings out?

if you mean a press the short version is nope, not without drilling some of the bushings out.

a 20 ton will do it in a snap

 

i used a 20 ton for a most of them. on the camber arms i used an arbor press. came out and went in like butter, with the exception of a few that need some coaxing...

not happening, it was a bitch with a 20 ton. I bent the crap out of mine doing wheel bearings.
