is it possible? i found that bigger radiator is an extra cushion in case you run low on coolant or have leaks that you did not see

so im trying to see if i can fit a full size dual core radiator in the del sol
for a gsr motor

anyone has pictures of it
how its mounted?

 

I spoke to a radiator specialist who did not recommend mounting any other radiator other than the one that is already in !! There are twin mounts tho so a full length one should fit !! =S

 

It can be done. User AWEK did it with what I think is a Prelude radiator.

just get a dual core single rad it will do the same thing.

 

I've seen it done in a 5th gen civic, shown below, car belongs to B18C5-EH2. I'm pretty sure he had to cut the lower mounts off and weld them in a different spot. Personally I'd just run a Del Sol Vtec dual core rad, even the single core half rad will cool fine.
