I have a 91crx Si and i want to swap a B16A in to it... What are some problems i well encounter? And i know there are different B16A's. what are they and what does the last number on them mean...

For the first question try the search function...there are a wealth of topics already started on b series swaps.

As for the numbers:

b16a any jdm b16 came with this block stamp honda never used numbers to designate bewteen the different generation engines in japan

b16a2- US spec 99-2000 Honda Civic Si OBD2
b16a3- US spec Del Sol DOHC VTEC
