what should i do with my accord?
Hey guys im new to the site and ready to start my first honda project.
i have a 2000 honda accord ex coupe 5sp and was wondering what i should do with it? now i know theres the h22 swap which is what most people seem to go with but ive been told by a few friends i should go woth the f20b and do the f2b swap and boost. does anyone know or have insight on any of this?
if so please help a honda noob out!
thanks everyone

As you said yourself, it would seem you are a Honda "noob." That's no big deal though, everyone has to start somewhere. I'd read up and check out the FAQ for this forum.
Also, you might find answers to your questions more quickly (especially if they are common) by searching. There are a ton of older threads with a lot of info...
I'll give you a hint for where to start: You don't have to swap to make power, the F23a is actually pretty stout and can be turbo'd with great results.
Good luck!
well i am wanting to do a swap mostly for the experience and the fact that i would like a little more power so i don't have to go full throttle at the bottom of a hill just to make it up the other side. with the f23 trans having such long *** gears it bugs the hell out of me
so i am leaning twords the h22 seeing as it is more available than the f20b but i still have my doubts about the h22 it seems like a good motor if u keep it stock but if u want power and reliability out of the h22 it sounds like u need to have some deep pockets.
