Default Moving to a new country and getting a new car...

Have about $10,000 to spend, and the labor there is about 70% less. Thinking of a car that would be street/road racing worthy. because of the limited amount of choices, I have narrowed it down to:

a) Civic EG with B16/B18 swap or
b) 5th gen Accord with H22A swap

This would also my primary car to go to work, so I cannot really set it up as full race only.

Which should I use as a starting base? a or b?

Any opinions welcome....thanks!

I believe to get any responses, you will actually need to ask a question...

r2x ~ who is not trying to be sarcastic, but can't figure out what kind of responses you expect from your post.
