I see that the vin# tag is missing on the trans does that mean the motor also has a missing vin tag

 

 

Vin tag is missing off the block and, as for the trans its a 97 Jdm Gsr. Someone told me if the cops inspect the engine I was supposed to get paperwork but I didn't. I had called my local pd, theft department, 2 officers showed up to my house, i invited them in. They both inspected the block and said it's ok.

So if your trying to hint it's "hot" take that bs elsewhere, everyone who knows me knows I dont get down like that. I'm not that type of individual. I have original bill of sale from the previous owner, and I'll provide a bill of sale to the new owner.

 

Well man im not trying to get you upset but thats a usdm si or gsr cuz the rivets where the vin tag was are still in the trans you can clearly see that someone not saying you did it but someone grinded the vin tag off and tryed to pass it off as jdm but damn i was very interested thats why i wanted to know if the tag was still on the motor sorry if peps are upset thats life

 

Jdm trans do not have vin tags, nor am I upset. Like I said openly, had the cops check it out, and I stated there's no block vin. I'm on a mission to keep negativity out of my thread that's all. The vin tag was not grinded off or removed. Again it's a 97 Jdm Sir-g blah blah blah which is a us Gsr.

I've been to the state Ref 10x. I pop my hood at car shows. No hassles, no complaints.

Well im gonna show you this idk idk if you have ever seen a usdm trans you know if you have one clearly you see someone grinded off the vin and then spray painted the trans look in my pics and ill post some more in 5 min

1 white tag with bumps 94/95 usdm/jdm by vin codes

2 jdm and only jdm 96-01 si/gsr/ls ect you can see holes for vin tag

3 usdm si/gsr/ls ect all have vin tags

4 yours usdm si or gsr look very closely if you dont beleave me take a pic and post it so everyone can see

Again...I have a tons of parts and cars in my garage. All my neighbors know I'm the car guy. Ive had cops park across the street and watch me remove & change parts off my cars, box them up for shipping and not even harass me. I've sold 4 blocks and 3 longblock in my 10years of hondas. OP I understand your concerns as a buyer, but your approach crapping up the thread is a nuisance.
