Icon6 Tein Flex Coilovers Adjustment Screw No Clicks, help

Hey guys I purchased a car that has tein flex coilovers but when I tried to adjust there was no clicking in either of the front two shock towers where you would normally adjust the ride at. Its been forever so I dont have the guys number to ring him up and ask. There obviously was no controllers on it or I would have noticed them

Thanks for the help in advance.

For anyone's info I am not ruling out that they were not or were suppose to be electrically controlled. All I know is it didn't have it when I bought the car.
