I have a Integra 94 Ls 2Dr.
I wanna get rid of the side moldings.
What would be the best way of getting rid of the holes underneath them?
Looks like half an inch all around square.

 

You can weld them up and risk warping the panel from heat. Or you can buy SEM panel bond and "glue" small metal squares over the backside of the holes.

 

Like he said the glue works great I have done paint and body for thirteen years and if you want my advice be sure to grind those metal tabs so that when you stick them from the inside you see only grinned metal from the outside no glue,use a thin galvanized metal because it withstands corrosion a lot better than your regular sheet metal,once you have glued them on the back side spray each tab from inside the doors a quarters with some SEM etch primer in the can,then I prefer using EVERCOAT METAL TO METAL this product is great for applications like that, it mixes like body filer and wipes on and sands about the same,after block sanding straight when it gets hard apply a good high build primer and then its ready to water sand and paint.
