1.)use this guide to get the tranny off: (i highgly recomend you use the haynes aswell as this guide)
http://www.team-integra.net/forum/bl...3-integra.html

2.) once tranny is out of the car its time to tear it open: use these guidesto get it open and remove the internals)
a] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PXG4YecAaaQ
b] http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z2Wlw...eature=related

c] this tutorial will also show u the disassermble and how to replace the synchros. it is also VERY thorough.
https://honda-tech.com/forums/transmission-drivetrain-127/b-series-transmission-teardown-rebuild-tutorial-2443459/

3.) as for swapping the synchro you need it is easy, everything comes off the shaft as needed and by hand. just be sure to keep them in the right position do not flip them upside down, do not turn them and do not LOSE order in which they came off.

if u cannot do ur job with what i have provided here then do not attempt it.

if u screw something up u will pay more then u intend to save.

this is a harder job then you think.

i did it 4 times.

the first time i learned the hard way, the second time it was a little easier but stil lfrustrating, the 3rd and forth time and from now on is a breeze.
