Default Tyre close to fender

I just noticed that after an alignment the left wheel is close to the body of the car, and by this i mean the tyre goes in to more to the fender guard or liner. The car to my knowledge was not in an accident and i realize it pulls to the left. Someone recommended i get the car jacked, however one dude i went to to check it out suggested to change the control arm as this might be bent and i cant easily see it with the naked eye. SO im planning to change it to see if this solves the problem what do you guys think

I might go have that alignment checked by someone else before you do anything, if one well is noticeably off, the alighnment shop would have noticed. If its bad enough to be visible to you then something is very wrong. Have it checked before you start throwing parts at it.

Is the problem with the camber, the toe, or is the whole wheel closer to the door than it's supposed to be?

A better description or a photo would help.
