Default Coil spring cap parts

When I replace my rear shocks (2000 stock civic in the rust belt) what parts should I expect to have to replace at the top of the spring? I see there's a rubber boot. Anything else like the washers? collars?

I'm putting on KYB GR-2's and they come with the nut and new bump stop.

There's not much at the top besides the shock mount bolts. Those might use crush washers and a lock nut.
