Default function and form type 1 help ef sedan

just put ff type 1 on my ef sedan it doesnt seem to want to get low in the front checked out the whole front end and seen nothing wrong i have about a inch to go lower without touching the preload. i will post pics tomorr of what it looks like but i heard there is a common problem on why these cars are hard to get lower. i know this question has been asked but i havent seemed to find the answer.

Grab some EG forkz from a JY,and enlarge the ID slightly. That allows them to "slide" further up on strut bodies, dropping more... (did on my sedan, that I modded suspension)

if it's from a ek, he'll automatically be 1.5" taller. eg-ek, and all dc are about 1.5"s taller then a ef.

Coilovers for ef's and da's dont go that low compared to eg's, ek's, and dc's unless you mess with the preload. Also have you been letting your suspension set?

I have the same setup. I bought my function forms type 1s from Weksos for an Ef. The rear sits really low but the front has a two finger gap. I adjusted the coilover from the bottom.

What hes saying is the same problem i had EK9/EK4/EM1 you know as 96-2000 civics the front are like 2-3 inches taller than the EF8/EF9/ED9 as crx/civic 88-91 the back are the same on all DC EK EF EG and the lower front forks EF and EG are the same heigth but EG have wider shocks

OR MAYBE FORM AND FUXX FUXXXX UP

i heard its just a common prob with the body style i heard if i change out the front disc brakes the axles might make a difference but they are for sure for my ef sedan i put them on 2 days ago and they still sit pretty high i was going to tryin to adjust it alittle lower today and see what it does but will the eg forks really make the difference in the front in back pretty even like wheel tucking atleastt

Yeah i would say this is common by changeing brakes and axels wont do a thing personally i you should just lower the preload and just rock them but i would sell them and go with some other MFG i went with K-sports and i have no issues at all and they ride unbeleaveable and the price is right

By looking at you pics if you can go 1 inch lower than in the pics you might have the setup they say is made for your car but it seems that they didint develope them right or how i say it they did not do there homework
