Default High RPM trans pop?

I have a 5 speed Prelude and for a couple of months now it's been popping out of gear around 6K RPM through the gears. As far as I know its stock. Any ideas?

Your trans will probably need to be rebuilt, its getting worn out

your springs on your synchro are becoming worn down, meaning the rounded edge is now worn flat. and your sliding hub assembly cannot grab onto anything because the spring is flat not rounded.
