EM1 window went off-track, AGAIN
So today its like every other normal day when I'm leaving for work, I get in my car, started it up, and went to put down the windows. My drivers side one started to go down a little slower and then POP. Right after that noise I knew exactly what happened because this isn't the first or second time this has happened since last fall. I got brand regulators/tracks/everything in my doors that why I'm pretty pissed about it this time, I thought it was over. So now until I get a day off I'm stuck in this heat with my window up on my side incase it rains.
The only question I have is there really any solution or way I can make it so this stops happeneing? Any tricks? Tips? Its soooo annoying

there is a TSB about it with the whole procedure for putting it back in correctly.
Its in one of the external links in the FAQ.
Personally i spray a little silicon lube into the tracks every so often and have never had this problem.
