ok so i got a zc block, y8 harness and head, the y7 harness i had on before had a hook up for both 02 sensors and y8 doesnt have a hook up for 2nd o2 sensor therefore throwing my only last code....

what the easiest way to fix this? (correctly)

If I read this right, you swapped the wiring harness but the new harness doesn't have a second 02 plug. Are the ecu wire harness pins where the second 02 should be just empty? If the pins are empty you should be able to go to Honda and get some of the locking pins so you can add wires to where the 02 should go. From there you can add another 02, or wire in an 02 simulator, or tap the signal wire onto the 02 you already have and wire a resistor into the heater wires. There may be some other trick I don't know but this is how I would go about it.
