CEL 17 Vehicle Speed Sensor
Hi! My car is a 1990 Integra.
After a few weeks of stripping my interior, I am now finally ready for a test run.
I took it out on the street, and it is showing a code 17 VSS.
I know as a fact that the problem is that the VSS cable isn't connecting properly to the dash.
When I tried putting the dash back in, it seems like a little bit of an impossible task to properly move that cable back in because the more properly you try to join th two peices, the less room you have to work with, and the harder you have to push.
I have read that this sensor is quite important for the ECU to be able to map out fuel delivery, etc.
Is there any way to get this sucker back in?
Thanks

I Got the plug in. What a stupod place to put a clip in plug. There is maybe enough room to fit your pinky ( thats if youve got fingers thin as twigs). And you cant see what your doing. By sheer luck, the plug slipped right into place with a little push. Some extra length in the cable would be nice, Honda.
