Default 99 civic ls swap?

ok guys have a question about this swap,i know there is like 20 forums with this info but just want any body that has done it to please help me out. i got a 99 civic ex and im going to put a 95 integra ls on it, ofcourse its obd1 and mine is obd2b so im using the d16 injectors sence they are the same cc's and changing the ignition to a 2000 integra.but the question is can i run the engine with my stock ecu and if i do will it pass inspection? thanks.

Depending on your state you can fail simply becuase the engine is older then the car. It must be the same year or newer.

You can run the integra ecu, but you need a 0bd2b to obd1 jumper harness.

yo sorry i took to long, well the engine is not going to be a problem with the year, and i do have a stepdown harness and a p28 to tune it, so u think the integra ecu is better
