Race car tire Take offs. R888/Continental
Up forsale is 2 sets of Grand Am continental tire challenge ST tires. Size is 225/45-17. I work for a race team and these came of our MX-5. For those not familiar, these tires loose "optimal grip" fairly quickly. For this reason the tires usually get pitched with the tires being perfectly fine and have PLENTY of meat left. Being designed for 3hour enduro's these will last you forever, perfect for the weekend racer or HPDE guy. These are from the 2011 season.
$375 Shipped for each set of 4.
First set is set A. These were used for only the daytona test day. Great shape no flat spots or uneven wear etc. At least 3/32nd of solid rubber before they are down to the indicator marks.

Similarly this is set B. Used for the Homestead Miata practice. No flat spots etc. Just great 3/32nd of rubber left.

Next is 3 205-50-15 Toyo R888 tires. These are Shaved to 4/32nd with about 3/32nd left. Used for two qualifying sessions. You can still see some shaving marks on the edge of the tire. I have a Full set from the same car, but it has a small flat spot on the inside edge. $250 Shipped for the three. $300 For all 4. $100 per Tire.
