Default Accord M/T flush

So I acquired a M/T for my pending 5 speed conversion. It had been missing the speed sensor for some time and now is pretty dirty sludgy looking inside the differential. Is there a good way to flush out all the crap or am I gonna have to disassemble the whole thing

Take it apart and determine if it is even worth using, better than installing it twice, and its already out.
