91 civic hatchback keeps blowing main light relay.
I have a 1991 Civic CX Hatchback. I keep blowing the main light relay under the good. No headlights, taillights, park lights or dashlights but still manage to have brake lights. The lights are still factory, no upgrades. Anyone know where the best place to look or any possible common issues that might cause this. i dont know much about troubleshooting electrical and i cant afford a shop to do it. Any help would be appreciated
yea i would check ur wire up front cuz i think ur headlight and parking light run together so if there is a short sum where it prob goin to be up there
sounds like one of the grounds is shorting out near the lights just check for any open wire near the lights or taillights, are the blinkers also going out? i had this issue with my car and it was one of the grounded blocks on the side of the engine bay upfront, and an open wire on one of the headlights
