Default Long term effects of not having primary O2?

I don't have a cat so is it really going to hurt me besides running a little rich? Thanks.

its a sensor.

it wont effect anything sides throwing cel's and put your car into limp mode.

if your car is not tuned, you may have problems with extremely hot EGT, but not like a the o2 sensor would tell you anything about it. . thats about it.

oh and the dmv thing

You will run super rich with no Primary O2. The car does go into limp mode like Soup **** said. You might not have vtec either, or it might engage funny. My friend had a bad O2, and the car would studder before it went into vtec. Something to think about.

technically its not "limp" mode. its more of a safe "run rich" mode
