Looking at getting one for my civic.

Wondering if anyone has one for their civic?
I am looking at the stainless steel 2" round shift ****.

What do you guys think? Look really nice and pretty cheap compared to others as well.

I think it's going to be hot as hell in the summer time.

 

Well I've used all metal ***** before with no issues so not worried about that. Also offer a textured black coating that looks like it would help with heat.

 

Anyone else?

 

Why pay that price when you can get the CTR one for cheaper?

Yeah I am. Well the ctr one is just much much lighter and not countersunk like the moddiction one is. Seems to be big with the S2000 and miata guys from googling it.

 

Decided to buy the 2" round stainless shift ****. Love the thing! Really helps out shifts and sits really nice and low!

 

I had a blox neochrome one and it was amazing. Nice and heavy.

 

I had a the same blox, was BAD ***. I've been looking at Moddiction too. Cant beat the countersunk and weight of it. i'm gonna get 1 soon

 

Nope, not using one. Original shift **** seems to do the trick, so I never bothered swapping it.

 

Wait, till you try a heavier ****, you can immediately tell the difference in shifting

 

I'm using the moddiction **** on my S2000. It's countersunk and weighs 1lb. It's amazing and there's no comparison to the stock one. The throws are so much nicer. However, after the car sits in the sun all day while I'm at work, I need something to cover the shift **** with because it'll burn my hand.

 

Yeah it can get a little hot but if parking in the direct sun I put something over the ****. Loving this thing. Feels sooo much better than before. Couldn't believe the difference in shifting feel!
