Default 81.5x89 Build question

I am not trying to figure out what my motor will make. I just want some input to see if I need to change anything.

I have everything already but I have not started building the engine yet. I will some things to make sure the engine is reliable, this build is not for peak power.

The short block will consist of:

B16B block bored to 81.5mm
micro polished 89mm LS crank
Eagle LS rods
Wiseco 6566m815 pistons
New Wiseco piston rings and c clips
ACL race bearings (rod, mains, and thrust washers)
Golden Eagle oil squirter block off kit
A reinforced plate welded to the bottom of the oil pan (I will also be purchasing the Pasword JDM baffle and installing soon)
GSR water pump
GSR timing belt
GSR oil pump

The head will be a stock 89 PR-3 for now, I have a 99 SI head that will go to RLZ when my job stabalizes.
I already have:
Toda Dual valve springs
Omni snap fit titanium retainers
Toda C cams (all valve train and cams are from CHETTAH)
Crower standard size flat faced valves
RCG timing belt tensioner (like the Endyn, or Vibrant tensioner)

The intake will consist of:
Skunk2 Pro series manifold port matched to the TB for now
70mm Omni TB
450cc DSM black top injectors
stock fuel rail win B&M FPR and guage
3" intake bought off a HT member that is suppobly a 3" Go-Autoworks piping for an EF, Measured and its deffinately 3" but will need yo be modified for the B-series.
Blox 3" Velocity stack and air filter for now.

Exhaust wil be a
SMSP header that I bought used, its really long and says SMS Productucts on the badge
I will have to make a 3" long test pipe to accomodate the header with my exhaust
I have a 3" Thermal Turbo Exhaust on the car already
From what I have read it will not hurt the output of the engine

All of this is going into a 90 SI hatch that I really love and have had for about 9 years. I have modified the stock crossmember for now to accomodate the SMSP header and the DC radiator with Dual FAL fans that ill need to setup as pushers.

I will be assembling the bottom end making sure that the piston rings are to the correct clearances needed

Also checking the bearing clearances with a dial bore guage and then with plastiguage

and then strecthing the rod bolts to the correct clearances.

I will be locking VTEC and degreeing my cams on my own first but then having them checked by my tuner afterwards

Other than the things I listed is there anything that I need to make sure happens before I assemble the engine? I am not in any rush to build this engine, I want it to be right when I am done.

sounds like a great build..b16b block will make it a sleeper..when u open ur hood people are gonna thnk its a 1.6l..you should add golden eagle oil squirter plugs cause u dont need them with forged pistons and i think ls crank will hit them..expect around 200-210whp...
