Drivers side rear control arm question

Drivers side rear control arm question
Hey all, it turns out that I have to replace my drivers side control arm because the one I have on wont allow the car to be aligned (does that make sense).
Anyway, I was wondering to hear some opinions.
Go to the junkyard and pick up a used one because the dealer will rape me ($$$$)?
Are they hard to replace?
Do I need any special tools to replace one?
