I purchased this car as a shell and intended on making the car a little side project/dd.

Currently I have the title... but I signed the title because I intended on registering the car eventually. When I went to get the title put into my name the dmv pointed out that there were 2 names on the seller portion of the title and only 1 person signed the title.

I know the previous owner and have spoken with him about getting a form signed so I can get the title put into my name. I never got around to doing so because I have not yet had a serious buyer and do not have $200 to go spend to re-title the car. If anyone would like to purchase the car as a whole I would get this taken care of but would need a deposit so I do not get the title put into my name for no reason. Also I might possibly be able to have the title be directly put into the new owners name which would save the buyer money when it came to titling the car.
