stainless to cast

how do you guys go about welding stainless vbands on to turbo hot sides?

you have to heat the turbine hsg and use a high nickel content filler rod.

What size flange and what turbine housing are you trying to modify? We usually TIG weld mild steel flanges to hot sides w/ "super missile" filler.
