Background

American Honda (AHM) would like to collect parts from certain 2002-2006 CR-Vs (VINs that begin with JHLRD) with any complaints about the master power window switch. AHM wants to inspect parts that have been used in the market for a period of time to understand how the parts have worn.



To fully understand the cause of this occurrence, AHM would like to collect specific parts from the vehicle prior to you attempting a repair of any kind.



Action Required
Before you attempt a repair of any kind, please contact Technical Research and Support (TRS) Group at . TRS will need to record certain vehicle information and provide you with further instructions.
