Default carbon fiber help???

Hey i have a vis carbon hood and its goin to **** on me. Everyone says to reclear coat them. But my thing is the hood has these weird spots on them that it kinda looks like its gettin air between the gel coat and the carbon fiber. i took it to a paint shop but they said they never worked with carbonfiber before but they told me they didnt think clearin it would take the spots away. PLEASE help is this normal or whats up?

the bubbles are exactly that...bubbles under the clear coat. its getting oxidized and bubbling up. strip the clear and re-clear. it isnt that hard but you must be cautious with the sanding. dont sand too much off but make sure you sand enough...lol
best i can tell you is to take it to a body guy that is familiar with fiberglass. its more or less the same deal...
