ZC Dohc TRANNY PROBLEMS!! Help needed...

ZC Dohc TRANNY PROBLEMS!! Help needed...
NEED HELP! I have a 1989 Si with a ZC dohc swap and my tranny or clutch is messing up..
Something happened when i was driving like 2 days ago, driving fine went to put it into 3rd and I thought it was in gear but it wasn't so it grinded then put it into 3rd as SOON as i let go of the clutch the whole car jerks and heard a loud *** thud/knock from the transmission and that was it middle of road not moving.. LOL
Quick run down on what I'm experiencing now, I turn the car, cars in neutral, let go of the clutch and motor dies, as if if were in gear.. I also put it into First gear and car wont move, also tried leaving from Second gear same thing feels like clutch is not grabbing? I really dont know whats going on. I'm guessing inside of the transmission gears are ****ed or something but any help/adviced is needed..
