rhaspy exhaust fix?
i have a 98 civic dx with megan header to stock pipe and axle back is a megan muffler... at certain rpms like around 3k it gets rhaspy... my exhaust tip is rivited on and noticed when i bought it that there was a little play in it so i tack welded it on a couple spots.. of course they broke... could that be the issue? what other reasons or fixes have there been?
