if you turn your key and nothing happens and u say u have a good battery check the main relay(under the driver dash, around where you pop the hood).............if your starter is turning and u got spark and all that make sure you didnt brek a timing belt

I just replaced my main relay, hope it solves my problem starting in hot weather. Was easy to replace, but putting the screw back in for the bracket was a pain! Seems like it starts a lot easier now, but may just be me.

if it were the main relay it would still crank. your problem sounds like either the ignition switch is bad, or even the clutch interlock switch. could even be the starter solenoid. see if you're getting voltage at the starter signal wire while cranking and go from there.

If you're not getting lights or anything do not start at your starter control circuit (clutch switch). Make sure you are getting power to your ignition switch. If so, you will need a new ignition switch most likely. Kind of difficult for people to diagnose a electrical problem over the net for you. Either get a wiring diagram and a DMM or take it to someone who has and knows how to use them.

locate the switch and then temporarily connect the two wires to eachother so it will thik the pedal is depressed. since you said that you have no lights or anything when the keys in the run position this leads me to believe that switch is not your problem. it's most likely the ignition switch.

no point in checking the clutch switch if you have no power whatsoever. The problem is with the ign switch, or you have a major ground or power issue. loose battery connection, loose ground, etc.

Why does everyone keep saying the main relay, the main relay is for the fuel pump, when a man relay goes out,the car would still crank but it wont turn on. It seems to me that its the clutch switch, just get a new one. i had that problem and i fixed it.
