Default 92 civic 5 lug conversion?

When doing a 5 lug conversion can you just replace the wheel hub with a jdm 5 lug hub???

it would depend what your upgrading from, if you currently have drums in the rear then you'll need trailing arms, handbrake cables, brake lines, hubs calipers, pads the lot and should probably use an ITR master cylinder if possible, im sure its been covered plenty of times before
