Default Bogging and water out of only 1 exhaust pipe

This 1985 Honda CB700SC Nighthawk has about 10,000 miles on it and just recently it has run weird. It stutters and stalls. If You give it more then gental acceleration it wants to stall. Just today i've noticed that there is a little hole on the exhaust pipe that water it coming out of. But it is only with the right exhaust pipe, the left pipe has the same hole but no water is coming out of it. I've been the only owner. What could be the issue.

You're sure it's water coming out of there? Could it have a dead cylinder and be puking fuel? If it is water, H2O is a byproduct of the combustion cycle, but it would be odd that it's only happening on one side.

Yeah it doesn't smell like fuel.
