Default B16 Idle Problems

I have a 91 CRX SI with a B16A, YS1 trans., Skunk 2 Intake with 460 cc injectors, stage 2 cams, header and exhaust, iridium plugs.
Runs good, no problems, BUT: Idles at 1800 to 2000 after it is driven awhile. Temp guage tells me it is at normal temp. A bit less than half way up the guage. When it is cold it idles properly. With A/C on, idles properly.
I have looked for air leaks on intake side, hoses with holes, etc.
Any advice will be appreciated.
Thanks,
Lee
