Default Throttle Body Issues

My husband has a 2005 Honda Civic SI (made in UK). 2.0 engine, K20A3

He wrecked this car a while back and its at the body shop getting fixed. We are having problems locating replacement parts. One part we are looking for is something that the body/repair man does not know the name of. He claims it attaches to the throttle body. It has two ports, a plug, and a bracket. On the inside, the following is inscribed:
K5T46680
MPCS1
4Z10

Can anyone help me with this part? What is it?

Welcome to Honda-tech

I believe you are referring to the TPS or throttle position sensor. Honda does not sell this part separate from the throttle body, and you don't want to buy an entire new throttle body because they are expensive ($500+).

You'll either have to order an after-market sensor or try to find a used throttle body from the classifieds section of the forums.
